January 5th, a brutally cold Montana night, in the midst of a blizzard, my car broke down in Livingston, MT en route back home to Billings, MT. Fortunately, I have AAA with 200 mile towing service, so I decided to get myself and my vehicle home to perform the necessary repairs, rather than be stranded in another town away from home. It was a long, grueling, treacherous ride on icy roads with blowing snow, but we made it there safe and sound due to the expertise and professionalism of Hector, the driver. He made the best of what could've been an unbearable situation, that instead turned into a couple of hours of pleasant conversation with a new friend. Thank Again for all your help. Mike Wilson

Ken and his wife are fair and honest. They do whatever they can to make a difference situation a little easier with a great small town feel. And they're AAA.

This is an honest towing company! We got stuck on the side of the highway when we ran out of gas in a rental car. They came and filled our tank up and charged more than we had originally been quoted. We were told to call the office with our concerns but that the total was what we had to pay. The person who helped fill our car up drove us to the nearest gas station and made sure we were safe and could continue on our way. We did not even have a chance to call the office when the service technician called us back and told us he had made an error and actually did charge us too much. He met us at the next exit and returned our money, no problems. We were impressed with his integrity and the way he handled us as customers from start to finish. Very safety conscious and professional.
