Brenda is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Instructor who teaches in the studio setting and private lessons at the student's convenience. Brenda will instruct on basic yoga poses or if you are a more seasoned practioner, Brenda will assist in deepening your practice. Brenda also works with Teenagers. Brenda has taught competative gymnasts since 2006 at Gymnastics World in Broadview Hts Ohio and she teaches teenagers in after school programs.
