WildBlue High Speed Internet

Provided by YP.comThe first thing I had to accept about Wild Blue was the fact that they did not support online gaming. It was hard to chew but I figured I could live with it...
One week in and suddenly I'm getting terrible speed and losing connection. At first I thought it was the weather but when I called I'd found out that they had put a restriction on my account. It is a part of their fair user agreement that after using a certain amount of service they would slow it down.
That would have been fine if they had JUST slowed it down. No, instead it was practically put to a stop. I couldn't even load one page in thirty minutes and after I called it seemed like it got worse, to the point of not being able to load anything at all.
When asked about this they stated that if we streamed too many videos they would put the restriction on. I'd only watched six hours worth of videos and apparently that was more than enough. For nearly $90 a month, I think there shouldn't be anyone telling me how much I can use.
They even said we wouldn't have been able to go back up speed until MAYBE thirty days after the restriction was put on. That's a big maybe :/
I just wish they'd told us this before hand because I would never have gotten them.
