William earl is a very knowledgeable and skilled locksmith. Not only can he fix any key related issue but he will joke and cut up with you and make u laugh . He is not rude like some of the other locksmiths I called when trying to get a certain key made he did the job very quickly and I enjoyed cutting up and laughing with him as well

I needed a High End lock rekeyed, he was not prepared or able to perform the task. How could this be the premier Lock Smith in town if he hasn't thought ahead for the customers needing better locks & security for their buildings & contents? Many times a business will only stock what is cheapest & most profitable for themselves and not think ahead like a "Go To Shop" that people can depend on for their needs? This Lock Smith leaves some with nowhere to turn for help unless they drive 80 - 100 miles both ways when the local Smith who has the most advertisements of how Good they Are should already be prepared for Higher Quality lock sets and not focus on Store Front & cheaper Kwik Set lock sets in the name of higher profits alone.... Seems they would be prepared & carry more than Lowes if they want to live up to their own advertisements.
