My car ran out of gas waiting in a traffic jam VDOT caused by closing down 66 at the 495 exchange from 4 lanes to 1 on a busy Tuesday night. I was in contact with emergency roadside assistance and even left a note in both front and back windows time/date/issue/ and phone number. I got a ride from a family member to retrieve the money necessary and go get a can and gas but had to wait until another friend got off from work to get a ride back to the vehicle. A VA state policeman had my car towed by this company and THEN called the number I left. WST employee Tracy told me I am being charged $250 for this AND $65 per day non negotiable! WTF?!!! If you have an issue with your vehicle in VA apparently you aren't given time to get the issue solved! There was no hazard to anyone, the car was on the shoulder of the highway under a lamp post forseeable for at least 500yds! THE VA STATE POLICE AND WILLOW SPRINGS TOWING ARE RUNNING A MONEY SCAM! Instead of simply getting gas, I'm getting FUKKED! NO STAR!!!

This towing company and virginia state police are the biggest racketeering and car theft organization
