I have been it the IT field for quite some time and I have not come across such a broad range of knowledge and expertise in any other solution provider. They advertise themselves as experts - and that is exactly what they are. I am very experienced in the field so it takes a lot to impress me. I am impressed time and time again. I am surprised every time Koren calls to check on things - and this special treatment has not stopped as her company has grown. She pays close attention to detail. I like to think I am the only one who gets such special treatment, but something tells me they treat all of their customers this way.
