First time was great. Second time I had a very uneven cut at the bottom of the back of my hair. Third time she cut hardly anything off. Fourth time was an uneven cut. Fifth and last time she didn't cut enough off. I couldn't even tell it had been trimmed, and she took forever. I had coupons, so I kept giving them a chance. I think I have enough experience from going there, to tell you, this place flat out sucks. Don't waste your money, even with a coupon.

I am very sorry you had a bad experience, it would be most helpful if we could know which stylist it was that made you feel anything but welcome here. I want more than anything for the clients to have a good experience here. If one of the stylists is less than friendly then this is something we would definitely want to know about

Haircuts were fine but place thick with cigarette smoke. We were not welcomed. Treated like we were bothering them. If fact one remarked she did not want to do my sons hair. Will not be returning.
