I highly recommend not choosing this contractor. He doesn't know half of his stuff. He always have some sad story or has alot of excuses of why he is late, not doing his work properly and why he can't get the materials and will try to force you into paying for the items when its his job to do. He will also try to sweet-talk you and scam you into giving him more money for low quality work. He enjoys cutting corners, making excuses and making promises and not keeping them. Be careful with his wiring, he wires things badly, example: the plug-in outlet in the bathroom that a wash machine is connected to will only work if you turn on the kitchen light switch, two completely different rooms on different walls, the Light Switch is not made to handle a plug outlet, over time this will have cause a electrical fire that will result into a fully involved structure fire resulting in the lives of my love ones and myself possibly perishing in the flames with everything of sentimental value. He also caught my roof on fire because he got "carried away" with melting the snow and ice off the roof with a large propane torch. If you hire him you MUST have security cameras, listening devices, thoroughly check his work, and have a legal contract that is not done up by him with a set price limit so he is bound by it and cannot exceed it. He will scam you. I do not recommend him for he is not a knowledgeable licensed contractor.
