I was gone 9 days and left written and verbal instructions about not leaving my dog in the living room next to my neighbor's bedroom at night. The pet sitter completely ignored my instructions so I ended up with a citation that I had to spend hours paying for ($211) and still had a conviction on my record. I found out that the pet sitter was rarely at my house in the evening and my dog seemed very upset when I got home. Additionally they overcharged me $10 per day even though I told them I was going to board my other dog at a kennel. Woof is the absolute worst pet sitting service!
