My husband and I were on our dream vacation after 50 years of marriage we finally were able to travel RTE 66 from NE PA to California or so we thought. We were doing good until we made Albuquerque, NM. Our 56 Chevy seemed to be running a little warm so we went to Worldwide Auto and after a day at $100.00 an hour we thought everything was fine. NOT. Didn't even make it back to the motel when the car over heated. My husband took the car back the next morning and assumed they would fix it. NOT. After losing 2 days of our trip and a bundle of money we decided to cut our trip short and started for home. The next day we had trouble again and went to a different garage( who only charged $100.00 including the part) we again started for home. We still had a problem so my husband fixed it himself, which he should have done in the beginning. I would NEVER recemmend this garage.

I took an old car to Worldwide Auto to have body and paint work. The body and paint work was terrible, including runs in the paint, sanding and grinding marks visible through the paint, and a lot of dirt in the paint. They didn't finish the body work, and just painted over the many flaws. However the worst thing they did was carelessly sand blast the interior, resulting in all my windows being pitted by the blast material. They had little to no concern about the way they treated my expensive car, leaving it uncovered outside in the hot sun for several days at a time. When I complained about this they said they would cover it when it was outside. A week later I again saw the car outside, without a cover. After six months they told me it was done and that they would deliver the car to me at my house. When delivered I couldn't believe the condition it was in. It was extremely dirty. They didn't even take the time to wash it. And, both the interior and exterior had over spray all over the dash, headliner, instruments, and windows. Also, the interior was covered with blast media, and when I opened the glove box, there was about 2 lbs of blast media in it, and the gear shift mechanism had so much blast media in it that it would not function. Also, the key was stuck in the ignition and wouldn't function, or come out, again due to the blast media. When I took the car to Worldwide Auto, all the electrical systems worked, but upon delivery the windows, headlights, horn, wipers, turn signals, etc., did not work, again damage caused by the careless media blasting, which got under the dash. Personally, I would never deliver a car to a customer in that condition. This alone demonstrates this company's total lack of care and concern. I filed a damage claim through their business insurance, and finally settled this claim for over $30,000 to fix the bad work they did, and the damage they caused. I would never recommend this shop.

Wow!!!!!!!! I was deeply disturb by the actions of the front office employees @ Worldwide Automotive . What I seen on Christmas Eve deeply saddened me when a customer brought in a gift basket and stated it was for a mechanic. I had seen their office help rummaged through the gift basket taking what they had wanted and leaving what look like be not vary much for the mechanic. It's a shame that they treat their employees with no respect. If that's the respect they show their empolyees. Show they have very little decency on how they would treat customer wishes. I give this company ZERO stars!
