These people are despicable!! May 16th, 2014, one of their aides ABANDONED an 80 year old, wheel-chair bound man. The aide's wife was mad because the patient told the aide that they weren't going to able to use him anymore since he had caused so many problems; including causing serious infections so the patient was sent to the ER. The wife lied and said the old man's 70 year old friend had abused the aide while she is the one that beats her husband. Without finding out the truth, Xtreme cut off aide service and helped the wife file a false police report and had a warrant issued for the 70 year old woman. Both are now mentally and physically taumatized. DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING THIS AGENCY!! They only care about making money and getting people for their brand new physical therapy facility in Flushing! They have been reported to the state for investigation already! They dropped the charges on May 27, 2014, but we are looking to file a suit against them for criminal/medical abandonment!!!
