I would not recommend YCC Day Care to anyone.My son was coming home with bruises all the time. Every time I went to pick him up there were children fighting on the playground and the three teachers were just siting and not interfering . No art class , no reading time , the kids are playing outside the entire time. Another thing is that in the morning all the kids (babies, 2-3,5 yr , and the oldest kids) are in the same room. Yesterday my son was playing with his sweater outside when it was 89 degree F, nobody even bother to take it off. Not to mention that the baby is crying in the car for water.Just horrible, but go and see it for yourself .The director Margaret Sanches is very nice though , but I guess when she is gone they are doing whatever they want .And one last thing check out the 2-3,5 yr. old group's teacher.Her teeth are gone from cocaine use. And once again DO NOT PLACE YOUR PRECIOUS CHILD IN THEIR CARE . BELIEVE ME !!!!!!!Caring mother

The "old Hag" director was finally replaced by a nice young man. He is working very hard on improving conditions there and reducing the high employee turnover. I used to work there, and would be delighted to return and work with the new director. I think the new direction the YCC is great and they will be able to help the community again.

Your Community Connection ( YCC ) seems to be going down hill fast. I have a friend that works there and she feels like the working conditions are terrible. The director is an old hag. The assistant Director is a major Wannabe. YCC used to be a place that really cared about the public and people in need. Now it is an organization with a very high employee turnover. There have been several client complaints. Concerns over their health safety and concerns with the way they are treated by staff. When people have complained to the Director that they were going to complain to the board, they have been told that the Board of Directors are powerless. The Director is reported to have surrounded her self with Board members that are afraid of her. My friend was told that they will never replace her. Your community connection in Ogden Utah has one of the highest turn over rates I have ever seen.My recommendation is to avoid this place if you can.
