I have used ye old time cleaning co off and on for over 12 years ---I find that the owner of the co. is very professional and knowledgable about all phases of cleaning--
Her crews are all trained and know how to move through my home.--
I highly recommend this co. --I have always been pleased with their work.

I Have used 2 other housecleaning Cos. here in Stockton, and, Neither one could compare with the quality of work that the Old Tyme cleaning compay did in my home.
Also The Team of Cleaners were Fully Trained And knew exactly What to do. I highly recommend this co. and, give them a 5 star rating! Thank You Betty M.

I'm Sorry Sonia That this happened to you--
My Company only does Crew work--Which means 3-4 girls Go out in a crew---To Put a crew together--wages, taxes, Workers Comp. Cleaning supplies and Gas to get there--Costs Money--When someone calls me and has only 1 Bathroom and a Kitchen floor to clean (Apt.) I tell them they would be better off finding a singe house cleaner who could probably do it for $25.00-30.00---I think that is where you thought my Co. would do that for you--Again I'm Sorry--Franciene

I called 01/03/15 and left a message for a quote relating to just the bathroom and kitchen floor (apartment), and the lady called back 01/04/15 and said it would be $25-$30. I let her know I would call them at the end of the month to schedule a service so I called back today 01/31/15 wanted to schedule a service let her know the quote I was given, but her response was "you're calling the wrong company". I went back to check my call log and it was the correct company that quoted me that price. I asked the lady three times if it it was $25. I don't know, but her tone was very rude. At least give out the correct information and go over other pricing possibilities.

I have used this service for almost 9 years and have always felt that I got my money's worth. The team of women have always conducted themselves in a professional manner, are respectful of my home and left my house looking spotless.
