Horrible is the only word to describe the service I received. I called 411 and asked to be connected to a cab company that services downtown St. Paul and they connected me to this one, although they had it listed as "A Cab" service. The man I spoke to didn't seem to understand what I meant when I told him my apartment was on the corner of two streets (is it that difficult?). He said he'd be there in 10 minutes. I waited 15 and called back. I got a different person who told me the driver got caught in traffic but was almost there. So I waited another 15 minutes. By this time I could have walked to my destination. I called back again and got the same guy that I got on my previous call, calmly expressed my frustration over now being very late to my destination, and was promptly hung up on. To the best of my knowledge they never did show up.
