Provided by YP.comTonight when I called the person on the phone told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes 35 minutes went by I called back to check on the status because I have had them forget to send a cab before the person assured me the cab was still on its way. A co worker of mine called a cab 20 minutes after i called she has the cab company pick her up away from work so they dont know where she works her cab showed up before mine. I called back to find out where my cab was the person on the phone was super rude I asked why my friends cab arrived before mine the person on the phone said we called at the same time which was a lie we checked times on our phone. I asked if my cab was still on the way and the driver told me it would be another 20 minutes. At this point it had been almost an hour since i called the first time I told them to cancel my cab since it had been so long the person on the phone said ok then just hung up on me with out apologizing.

Provided by YP.comI called to ask for an estimate. The RUDEST woman answered the phone. She was so rude in fact when asking me for the to and from addresses that I actually told her I would never use her company because she is so rude and hung up. She said, "Ok fine" and hung up. Wow, ever hear of assigning people who actually LIKE people on the customer service end of your company? I guess not everyone in Utah is nice. Sheesh!
