Provided by YPmobileHad a driver run me off the road twice. The 2nd time he parked in traffic and got out of his car and told me he had something for me in his trunk.. Cursing and telling.. He approached my car and then went for his trunk.. As i dialed 911 he speed away. If there wasnt traffic im sure he woulda pulled a gun or something out of his trunk. Aventura police are looking fir him now. Dont ever use this company!

They are very unprofessional and will provide you absolutely no info on their company if necessary I really dont know how they are in business. My cousin saw one of their drivers hit a car then flee, so now they Hire criminals.... Amazing. Ill never use their services.

Provided by YP.comI was involved in a car accident with a cab. This company is slick. There are no clear owners and no insurance for these vehicles. Be ware if you get in a accident and find you are hurt or have damage to your car, you will be left holding the bag.

Provided by YP.comSo was on holiday with my family in Miami. Called these people to ask for a pickup from a Subway restaurant. Didn't have the exact addy at the time but was about to give the agent the address of the Walmart which was in front of the subway (30 seconds walk away) and tell him we would probably wait for the taxi there. Piglet then snaps at me before I can even finish the thought: "just ask someone who works there for the address mam... really... it's not that hard..." I don't know who did their customer service training but clearly he needs to go through that again. Of course I did not reply to him, because he couldn't be talking to me like that, so I guess he thought I hung up. So I call back, get a female agent this time, give the exact address "8686 NW 13th Terrace".... a half hour passes, driver calls to say he is in traffic and will be there in 5 mins. 10 mins later he calls to ask us where we are.... ummmm we are still sitting outside the Subway, where are u? Man then proceeds to tell us we r in the wrong place, he is there and he doesn't see us. He is right outside 8701 somethin somethin... We tell him we never gave that addy we r at 8686. He tells us we have to call for another cab. We call AGAIN give the exact address as requested. 20 mins pass, I call the company to make sure the driver isn't lost again. Agent says to me "so you said you are at 8701 NW 13th Terrace?".... What the hell eh??? I tell her of course i am not at any 8701, I never told yall that, I told you I am at 8686 NW 13th Terrace. She then tells me that the 2 are in the same place............ I say clearly they aren't!! We have been sitting here for about an hour, your first taxi went to some wrong address and now the second taxi we have called you have given some address that I did not give you and he still isn't here! What is happening?" She then says that she will tell the driver we are at 8686. Meanwhile I am wondering why on Earth would you demand the exact address and then when I give it to you, give the driver a different one??? Crikey!! So we sit there for another 10 mins and surprise surprise, NO taxi shows up. So I walk over to the Walmart to see if I can catch one as someone gets out and see 2 of the (305)444-4444 taxis pass in front of me picking up other people!!!! Are you kidding me??? So fortunately I was able to get one as someone got out of it, almost an hour and a half after we asked these people for a taxi. I don't know if their car ever showed up. It took all I had not to call back those people and blaze them up over the phone, I was SO angry.So just per chance that someone in management checks these reviews, please note there indeed is a Subway restaurant at 8686 NW 13th Terrace.... don't tell me to give u an address and then ignore it when i do... Thanks

Provided by YP.comNEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I have never been soo disrespected by a company that has to earn my money!!! I had this number 305 000 8095 (Leaving some numbers out cause I have a little bit of manners) call me and curse me out thinking I called him in the past and told him I did not request a cab. When I called the cab company back, the female dispatch was nice enough to send another cab after I had been waiting an hour for that guy to come. As I saw the cab approach and the driver called me, I asked him to wait as I was coming down, and he pulled off! I called the dispatch again of course upset and she hung up on me. I don't care if you have two dollars or one billion, I will never pay for someone to be disrespectful. This company does not deserve one star!!!! BE AWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Provided by YPmobileTerrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! Please do not even call this company. The female staff is extremely rude and unprofessional when calling the dispatch service. I could understand because they have such a crappy job. At least have so courtesy... Left my jacket in the back of the cab coming from the airport and they were no help in recovering it. I was constantly hungup on and spoken to very rudely. Did I mention they're terrible?! I wish there was a negative star rating.

Provided by YP.comTwo years ago I called this taxi service to go to the airport. They said yes and didn't show up.
Today I gave them another chance. I called them more than two hours ago. They said yes and haven't come yet. My daughter lost her party because of them.
Don't ever call this company.... they really suck!

Provided by YPmobileHad to be at work for 8 am. Called for a cab at 6:50. My cab didn't not arrive until 8:05 because the first one never arrived. When I called to check on the status of my cab I was put on hold and then hung up on.

Provided by YP.comI echo the sentiments of some of the others who have commented regarding this taxi's service. Yesterday, was the worse for me. I called the company at 8:14 pm, and as usual, I was told that a can would be there within 15 minutes. I called back at 9:34pm and they were still looking for a cab "in the area." The area is Doral. Supposedly, they are able to pick up anywhere within Dade County and they appreciate your service. They don't act like it. They act like a monopoly.

Provided by YPmobileThe operators are lazy, clueless, worst customer service ever!!!!! I do not recommend. Lady operators are extremely rude, like if the ride was for free. All operators should be monitored for quality assurance.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst taxi service I've ever experienced. They cannot accomplish the simple task of getting a cab to a certain location at a certain time. I've given them multiple attempts but they disappoint every time. Terrible management. And the vehicles themselves are falling apart. You've been warned!

Provided by YP.comI called this taxi about 9pm to get me from Walmart Coral way to my hotel on SW 71st street. At 10 pm my 5 year old started to get very cold and I called back the company to inquire where the cab was, only to be told that no one is available for my area. By this time my child started to shiver and cry uncontrolably because it was very cold in the car park. I then received a call from a driver who asked if i was still interested and he replied he'll be there shortly. 11:30 pm met my family and myself in that cold deserted carpark. I had no other alternative but to sit and wait at this company's mercy. I will never again. My child is now recovering from a severe cold!!!

Provided by YP.comTaxi driver 856 just charge for 2 girls trying to get a ride from downtown to Miami beach twice the amount just because one did not have enough just need 4 dollars more! he just left a 16 years old girl kidnap at his car charging 68 dollars for the whole thing! he never stop the meter while her mother have to get in her own car and go to a bank and get more money he did not let girl get out of his car and charging even more! Where is a police officer when you need one! And people think that the are safe just driving a taxi??? no in Miami!
