This Company SUCKS I called at 9:30 and was told it would be 5-20 minuets at 10:30 I called back and they acted like it was my fault. Oh and don't bother calling any of the other major cab companies they are all linked together at least here in Valrico. I would give -5 stars if I could

I did the appropriate thing and arranged several hours in advance for a cab to get to work. When the can was late, I called. They weren't late-

they had made NO arrangements to even pick me up!! Unbelievable

Well ask for a cab at 10:50 arrived at 11;00 had to tell driver how to get where I was going. They give a reservation number for going and returning. Wait was one hour for return ride only to be hung up and then told they gave the driver the WRONG address. Why give the number and you don't want four dollar fares eliminate the area instead of being RUDE Asses.

First time calling any cab for rides to and from work they hung up on me the first time the lady had the biggest attitude acting like I was wasting her time and when I gave her my exact address they told me they didn't know where I was located and hung up on me I would rather pay for a limo then pay for a yellow cab ride after the way I was treated on the phone some ghetto black lady thinks she can yell at costumers who are new in town yeah big waste of time

DON'T USE THEM. I called and they said driver would be there in 15 mins. 37 minutes later I call back and they said I should have called back after 15 minutes so they cancelled my call. Said they will dispatch again and to call in 15 minutes if the drive is not there. 13 minutes later the driver called to me say he was about 20 minutes away but did not show up for 38 minutes. An hour and a half for a 20 minute ride. Next time I am taking the buss

Waste of time... needed to get to the auto shop before they closed for the day and dispatch told me 15 to 20 minutes WELL an hour and 15 minutes later and after three calls they said sorry no one picked up the call.... Basically leaving no time to call another cab or get to the shop before they closed. DO NOT CALL THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME~!

Yellow cab is a horribly mismanaged company. I use them habitually, as I am not able to drive for the time being. The wait times are astronomical, and cab drivers will stop at yellow lights (even green lights) and make wrong turns in order to make extra money on a fare. Dispatchers are rude, and frequently hang up after I have been on hold for far too long. The majority of the drivers speak on their cell phones during the entire cab ride, and sometimes it is on speaker phone. On new years night, I watched an absurd amount of cab drivers turn people down who were walking along the street asking for rides. Albeit, new years is a busy night, however they were all out for the best fare, or shortest fare. Customer service is obsolete in this establishment. As I said, I am a frequent cab rider; I wil remember the service I was given during these busy months, when all the tourists have returned to their homes, and the drivers are scraping to make money to pay those expensive leases I keep hearing about. Find another form of transportation. In my experience ABC cab co are the better option.
