Well, I have phoned and used this company many times, until tonight. The lady on the other end did not seem to understand ANYTHING I said ( I do not have an accent of any kind but she did).
Next she did not know where something was and did not understand where it was when I told her.
Then she had to ask someone else where it is, so she would believe it actually existed.
When she did that she then informed me that she was not accepting timed calls ( A pick up at a specific time.) After I had told her twice during the conversation that I needed to be picked up at a specific time.
I then told her that she should of told me when we had begun the conversation to save us both a lot of trouble ( and I laughed about it.) She got all huffy with me and so I too got mad and hung up on her very impolitely.
What a bad way to run a business.
They really need to make sure thier opperators know where things are, have access to a computer to look them up ( incase they dont) and that they all have a very good working knowledge of the english language.
*sigh* what a let down.

Always on time, Clean cars, and reasonable rates. Drivers are nice and curtious. Very helpful with groceries and lugage. I give them a 5 star plus. Thankyou yellow cab for all that you do.

Horrible service and people they don't listen and they overcharge people!!!
