Terrible business, we got a cab back in December. We were overcharged about $16 on a fair from nip. To a.g. I called and talked to Lindsey I think , she took all my information and said she would refund me the $16 ,well almost 3mo now and nothing, maybe this will jogg her memory . Go with uber, jeff

I phoned the cab company the day before to arrange a pickup from my home in Atascadero to the airport in San Luis Obispo (a 22 mile trip). My flight was at 6:20AM so I wanted to be at the airport by about 5:30AM. The pickup was arranged for 5:00AM. No cab showed. I the dispatcher and learned there had been no dispatch! Luckily I managed for someone else to take me. My flight was over 7,000 miles with 4 connections. Yellow Cab blew it!

Reservation lost again!!



I booked a cab yesterday and i just called to confirm the booking wasnt there. Very poor service.

I phone at about midnight to make a reservation for a 5 am pick up. When the appointed time came, no cab arrived. I phone to check on status and was told there was no such reservation. I asked if a cab could quickly come and the answer was a blunt "no." There was no effort to accommodate me. I had to scramble to make alternate arrangements. I hope Yellow Cab is amused over the frustration they caused. Their service is not to be trusted.

i just got a flyer about yellow cab now servicing our area and i was very pleased with the results. we moved here from LA and had been used to using the yellow cabs. its nice to know that you have peace of mind when going with a nationwide brand.
