Worse service ever. They sub contracted my ride to Gill taxi service. Worse driver ever!!!! He made me go where he wanted to take me not where I requested. This is America you stupid immigrants!!!

I just watched a mother and 2 children wait for a taxi for two hours (5am-7am) in Richmond, Ca. Two drivers for this company showed up and ditched the mother of two outside in the cold because security told him she had a Voucher (as good as cash) from Kaiser. She only needed a ride down the same street. I'm disgusted!!!
