Here's an experience I had quite recently. I was in need of a vehicle with limited funds and bad credit, you get lies, deception and a great loss of time, which too me equated money. Everyone wants your business on their terms. Well, after about a month of disappointing conversation and sheer Bull I kept receiving these texts and calls from a guy named Mark. I thought the dealership was too great a distance to travel, since transportation was already an issue and I had heard it all anyway. He called, told me to get ready because my problems would be over. He had a driver pick me up (on time), and that was not around the block. From the moment I walked in the door the atomsphere was none like I had experienced before. Everyone from the front door to the finance department was friendly, answered you questions, made sure you understood everything but more importantly, made sure you were happy before you left. The one thing I didn't expect to do was drive away that day. Made sure I had a reliable iinsured vehicle. It was the most please experience in life purchasing a vehicle. LUV IT.
