From start to finish they were great. The clown was exactly right. I would hire them again for my next event.

We hired a clown for my daughters birth day. When we spoke with the employee who recommended several different ideas for the event ( bubbles, Parachute, etc...) When the entertainer showed up she was not ready. After speaking with her it was clear that she was not told of the items that the employee suggested. When we called them back the manager tried blaming us saying that we did not ask for any special request and that's why she only performed the standard activities. After talking to the manager for 15 min as she blamed us for there mistake she finally admitted that the employee who took our ordered forgot to inform the entertainer about the special request.
