Provided by YP.comThis place has the MOST HORRIFIC customer service I have EVER encountered. Yes, Debbie, Nick does not care and he is running the Rossommes business into the ground! I have contacted the BBB (Filed a complaint) and KDKA's Marty Griffin to get resolution to a job that was started in MAY of this year, yes almost 6 months ago!!!! I have had Jeff to my house to personally see what was not finished in these last 6 months. Three appliances that are still in the same shape they were in 6 months ago! $550 down the drain! Nick wanted to sell me all new appliances BEFORE he even heard of what the issues were with the appliances I was contacting them about!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! I have reached out to THEM numerous times to get resolution, I am out of patience. Just yesterday I was told by Susan that I would get a call by 6pm for a solution to my problem. NO CALL!!! You can never get a call back from these people! To say I am frustrated is the least!!!

Provided by YPmobileThe way Nick handle's customer service/satisfaction is an absolute joke. I have been waiting for months on a new tub for my dishwasher, 3 months ago a service guy came to my house and brought a new tub (when he opened it, it was the wrong one), he informed me that they would get the correct one and be back to put it in. I had to call Nick 2 times and my husband had to call Frigidaire 3 times. Finally, an appointment was scheduled thru Nick. I spoke with him personally and confirmed appt time (which was different than originally planned) and what was to be done. My refrigerator also was going to be repaired it needed a seal and filter. 3:00 on the 11th. I received a call from Jay at 3:15 asking for directions and was told they would be at my house in 20 min. At approximately 4:45 Steven shows up, my 14 yr old was the only one home. Steven comes in and asked my son what he's supposed to do. He says oh never mind. He then disconnected my dishwasher and put it in the trunk of his little black car with a spare tire on and left. I came home and called Jay the kid who called earlier for directions. After calling him 5 times he finally answers and says.... I don't know what Steven did, he dropped me off at home first cause he lives in Vandergrift. I called him but he's not answering. I also called my Supervisor Nick but he's not helping either. He told me to answer your call and tell you to call the office in the morning. ...... Are you kidding me? Who does that. I sent a fb message and received a reply. Stating that this was explained at the time of pick up and that this repair is not able to be done in the home. How dumb do you think I am? At no point was this ever stated and why did the other service guy bring the tub to install in my kitchen in August. He also explained then that he has done many of these in ppls homes. So now my dishwasher washer is somewhere in a trunk in the middle of Vandergrift at Steven's house. I don't want that one back, who knows what will be wrong with it now. But the person who replied on fb said they won't replace or exchange my dishwasher, I must go back to where I bought it. I'm disgusted with the way Good Housekeeping handle's customers. They have no respect and should not be allowed to be in the service industry. I will be contacting the BBB, local news, and leaving terrible reviews everywhere I can. I promise to be 1 person who will go out of my way to smear their name. I won't change them nor the way they conduct business but I intend to get some satisfaction from knowing that not one person I know will ever use or refer them. I requested a new dishwasher but was denied so I demanded mine be returned undamaged by 8am. (Seeing that the kid who has it lives 5 miles away). If it's not here by then, I will contact the local magistrate and press charges.

Provided by YP.comI've shopped here many times, and have nothing to say but GREAT things for the people and the store. Yes, I'm biased (family business), but I know the hard work that goes into making a small business run. Good Housekeeping was built to serve the community, and they're doing just that!

Provided by YP.comI went here to buy a new mattress a loved the experience! The sales staff was knowledgable and friendly. Unlike large retailers, I was assisted promptly and felt no pressure to purchase that day (though I did :). I've had my mattress for over a month and have never slept better....I will always come back to this high quality, locally owned business! Thank you Good Housekeeping!
