Great always knows what to do & when to do it.

I just moved to the area and Dr. Ong is my primary care physician. I was seen by him one time before he left for vacation. I was amazed at how interested, knowledgeable and caring he was. While he was away, I had to be seen by Dr. Patel and they are like polar opposites. I would not recommend Dr. Patel to ANYONE! He is very arrogant, rude, and completely uncaring. He actually told me that he doesn't care about me because he knows patients that are a lot worse off. I have been in severe pain for 2 months and he told me that Americans need to be patient because things take time.

Hate dr Patel he's very rude and arrogant his bedside manner is horrible and he rushes his pts and makes rude and uncalled for comments . However dr ong is a wonderful dr he listens to what u have to say and that he takes his time with u and answers any questions you make have would recommend dr ong to anyone but not dr oatel
