Do NOT get your wedding flowers, or any other flowers for that matter, from here. I just had my wedding January 9, 2016 (so last weekend) and the flower arrangements I received from this place were AWFUL. First, I ordered all of my wedding flowers from here, including: bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, boutineers, so on and so forth. I received a phone call FIVE DAYS before my wedding telling me that the flowers I ordered would not be available. She said the grower was not able to "grow" them this year and that she could not provide me with the Picasso calla lilies I paid extra money for. She then said she would replace the Picasso calla lily with another purple calla lily that was of the same price. When I explained to her my disappointment in the fact that not only were they unable to provide me with the appropriate flowers that I originally ordered, they failed to notify me in advance so I could perhaps look elsewhere or fine an alternative flower arrangement. She simply ignored the fact that I was unhappy with this and continued to tell me how my NEW flower arrangements were going to look - without any of my input. When I requested a refund for them not being able provide me with my original order, in addition to not telling me in advance for the wedding, she continued to come up with excuses for why the flowers weren't available, and that the purple flowers were the same price. I had to haggle just for a $100 discount off a $1,000 order. To make me even more mad, Pajers flowers refused to deliver my flowers because "someone already booked a delivery before you". Ok, well don't tell me in the beginning of my ordering process that you can deliver my flowers when in fact you can't! What, can this company only deliver to one wedding a day!! Next, when I went to pick up my flowers they were already turning brown, they were loosely put together, and just of very poor quality. I could have done a better job myself with half the cost. Let me put it this way, when I did the bouquet toss, the flowers FELL APART everywhere when the girl caught them. It was truly embarrassing. And no, no bouquet should completely fall apart just because of a bridal toss. Last, the customer service is below par. The ladies are rude, do not give you the time of day, and in no way were truly apologetic about ruining my flowers on my wedding day. I cannot stress how UNHAPPY I am with this place and that I will NEVER ever use them again. Pajer flowers...LEARN SOME PROFESSIONALISM
