Recently purchased a car for our daughter. Brad was extremely helpful and honest. Even though we were undecided, he actually encouraged us to purchase the least expensive of the three we were looking at. He provided sound reasons for why he made this recommendation and we are thrilled with our choice.

Purchased my used Subaru Outback here last year. Great car and I got a good deal. Everyone at the dealership was nice. Got referred here by numerous co-workers that have purchased cars here as well. Had a couple of small issues with the car and J and M fixed them immediately. I would point all my friends and family in their direction and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car here myself

My boyfriend has purchased two beautiful cars from J&M in the last two years. My boyfriend had excellent customer service, both times, from a sales associate named Derek. So when the time came for me to get a new car, I knew where I was going, J&M. I was not as easy to please as my boyfriend. I'm super picky and I went from car A to car B to car Z then back to car A. Again, we worked with Derek. He was super understanding about how hard the decision was for me to make. I changed my price range at least 5 times. I was probably the worst customer to ever go through there and Derek was amazing. There were several nights that I came after work, he stayed and was extremely patient with me. I'm sure it was after hours but he never rushed me. He truly made a huge difference. I whole heartedly feel that if I went to any other dealership they would have laughed me out the door; but Derek stuck with me and helped me every step of the way. Derek always seemed to have my best interest at heart. He listened to every thought, concern and comment and understood exactly what I needed. If Derek hadn't committed to me and helped me through this process I wouldn't have the most beautiful car I could have ever dreamed of. I would recommend J&M to anyone I know and I would tell them to only work with Derek, and I have! My friend is picking up her new car this weekend and has been working with Derek and has been nothing but impressed.

I recently bought a used '09 Jeep Grand Cherokee from J&M and I had an enjoyable as possible experience (it's buying a car- to me that ranks between dental work and doing my taxes). I worked with Dave D. and Steve G. Both were sensible, respectful and easy to deal with. There was no hounding, no miscommunication, no unpleasant surprises and no unexpected fees. I love the truck and in the future if they've got what I'm looking for, I'll use them again.

I.have bought multiple vehicles from them and my experience is opposite of the other reviews. Vinny my sales guy takes incredible care of me and always finds me a great deal.

J&M has contacted me and are willing to solve my issues with the vehicle. They were very concerned about making me (the consumer) happy. I appreciate their prompt action. Thank you J&M and Eric in charge of servicing.

I have purchased 4 vehicles here and each visit was a pleasant experience. The sales people are courteous and personable. The prices are very fair and trade in values are very good. My most recent visit was for a vehicle for my son. Again, very helpful throughout the selection and buying process. I will return in the future

We were so pleased with our first purchase at J & M a year ago we decided to come back. Not only was the first experience wonderful the 2nd was even better, I would definitely recommend dealing with Luis (sales). He is patient and knowledgeable. We really appreciated all of his time and effort with no pressure at any time. The receptionist is super friendly and everyone greets you with a smile.
