I had my car towed there and from the initial phone call through the completion of the work, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process of troubleshooting the vehicle and called me as soon as they figured out what was wrong. They gave me options and recommendations for fixing it. They were very upfront about how much everything would cost and even explained it on my copy of the services rendered when I paid. They offered to pick me up if needed and it was an overall great experience. I will recommend this shop to anyone that asks and I will bring all of my vehicles here from now on. I was very impressed with everyone there.

I used to live in Naugatuck and have brought my car to Moe's Auto several times in the past. When I moved I tried to find a closer repairman. I recently brought my car to new place called Valenti in Waterbury, CT. They wanted to charge me for a $980.00 part to make my electrical system lights go off.

I returned to Moe's Auto and he said it was only two $5.00 brake light bulbs. He was right as he has always been in the past.

Moe is an honest human being and I highly recommend his business for your auto repairs.
