I had a terrible experience with this company and Joe! We agreed to purchase a car, which had high miles, and Joe said it needed some brake work. We didn't expect much, but when we got there, we found that the car we were going to take, plus 3 other cars that we looked at, were all total junk, good for nothing but the junkyard! The downside of this is that we wasted an entire day and $544 on a truck and trailer rental (we are from out of state) with these clowns. Joe is a complete jerk, when I asked him prior to coming there if he had the titles for the cars, like would I get the titles that day or what (I was not sure how the process worked) he got all defensive and siad he was insulted that I would ask him such a question. Red flag number 1. There are so many cars and dealers, do yourself a favor a pick someone else to do business with.

I was not near by and had to rely on the integrity of Joe to make my determination. He photographed and explained both good and bad, He did not make me travel for hours to be disappointed. He showed what he had to offer in an honest light and allowed me to make my decision without pressure.

The guys here were GREAT !!!! I knew I was sold on the vehicle the day before I even saw it !!!! Mark & Joe went out of their way to to video the truck before I even wasted time driving up . Straight UP Honest , right to the point kinda guys !!! Worked out the deal with NO hassle !!! This will not be the last time , I'm definitely looking forward to purchasing more vehicles & building good relations with them . " They're like family to me Now " !!! ( Bring your sense of Humor & be ready for a few good laughs as well ) & when you visit mention the Ginny from Stamford Highly recommended them !!! Very pleased with the salespeople and the operation. The car was out having some cosmetic work done and I was kept informed at regular intervals. The price I paid was less than book for the vehicle. I would DEFINATELY purchase another vehicle.

I went there to look at a 2000 Ford Taurus Station Wagon. It had 48k miles on it, and was listed for $4,000. We tried to haggle on the price, and they took off enough money to offset most of the sales fees. Our certified mechanic took it all apart, and stated we got a fantastic deal, the engine, the suspension, everything was in fantastic condition, it even had new tires. We got a great deal, and the owner as well as all the sales people were really nice. They even stated we could bring it in for half-price work on an ATF flush, that my mechanic recommended at 50k miles. Couldn't be happier

Recently went to this dealership to look at cars---just shopping.When I arrived everyone I encounter was friendly,and quiet cool.I went into the showroom and wow!Coolest showroom in CT.American Pickers take a backseat here!These people showed me many great cars and took there time.Had to buy here after meeting the owner who was a very mild-manner guy,cool,hip an pretty easy to look at too!lol

I didn't have one problem with these guys! They were all very nice respectful and helpful. They helped me get a loan when no else would b/ c of id theft. I traded my truck and they helped get the perfect family size truck with3rd row. My new truck still runs perfect no issue at all and it's covered under warranty!!!
