Paid over $80.00 for 1 blade! For a SP Troy Built thats over 7yrs old! Then didn't bother to sharpen the other blade THEN tried to sell me an oil change & air filter change for ANOTHER 45.00! Sooo tired of getting ripped off!
THEY WILL NOT BE GETTING ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME!

From the time I called them to price a part on my edger to the time I was walking out their door with the edger fixed = 20 minutes. Sales lady an absolute pleasure to talk to on the phone and while the repair was getting done. I love local businesses and Jeff's is awesome. Thanks!

Will never use them again. Brought in my small engine on Friday because they said they were not real busy and they would be able to evaluate it by the end of the day. Monday.said they hadn't been able to..Tuesday haven't looked at it yet..Weds. maybe today.. could have replaced it myself by then. Iies and never any apologies.. Owner says "Ow well" dont believe any of the positive reviews

We've dealt with these people three times in the last few years. They are 5-stars in all listed categories. But, the categories neglected to include Integrity. I had offered to give them a lawnmower for free to use for cannibalizing if they would pick it up. Within an hour of the pickup, they called me and said there was nothing really wrong with the mower, except I had installed a part backward during my inept attempt at maintenance. They returned the item, and charged me only for a pickup and seasonally required maintenance. You will be glad you contacted them for any needed service.

Paid $35 for them to replace chainsaw fuel lines and check it out. Called to say the carberator needed replaced for another $125. Picked up the chainsaw and it was still unassembled. Took it to another business and paid $36 for a spark plug and un-kinking of the new fuel lines. Buyer beware.

They claim to replace parts on your receipt but nothing is replaced. All they do is spray out the carb and bill you for all parts replacement. When you take your generator or lawn mower back because its still running ruff Jeff the owner gets ignorant with you and acts like a jackass. They completely rip you off and are dishonest in what they claim to do. They don't show the the parts they replace because they don't replace them unless something is completely broken.
