Provided by YP.comI retained Keith for a divorce and I was able to get an appointment with him immediately. He was very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice. He was quick and efficient and I was more than pleased with his work. His staff also goes over and above to help out their clients. Those ladies that work for Kilpatrick & Newlin along with Keith and Isaac are the best!!

Provided by YP.comI retained Keith for a criminal defense.
He was far and away the best at knowing his law, and the disposition of the courts he practices in. Would say he is willing to let you know the best course of action and get best results. Most importantly he made me feel like I was important as a client.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT HIRE!!! Does not fight for you, will take opposing counsel's side. Will not use evidence given. I asked what did I need for my hearing, gave him more than enough evidence, including a letter written from my husband's secretary that would have gotten him for perjury alone. He just sat there, let the opposing counsel have 49 mins, whereas, when the judge turned to him said he had 11 mins. My husband saved money while we were married to pay an attorney, Kilpatrick withdrew from my case because I was a stay-at-home mother who didn't have a chance to save up to defend myself. Should've fought for me, instead sat like a bewildered stump on a log. Letting opposing counsel take all the time, and withholding plenty of evidence I gave him. Lawyers are supposed to try to win at least, this one has no fight.

Provided by YP.comKeith Kilpatrick represented me during my divorce. His legal advice during my case ("black and white as he put it" was completely wrong and inaccurate from the first hearing until the final hearing. His strategy during my final hearing actually increased the alimony awarded to my ex... this was actually stated by the judge at the end of the hearing. The judge also mocked him towards opposing counsel at the end of the hearing. My 23 month marriage ended up in me paying my ex's attorney's fees ($9,000), a $10,000 lump alimony during my ex's self-imposed 4 month unemployment (7 months after she filed for divorce), and over half of my assets. 23 month marriage = almost $40,000 in payment. He did not represent me well at all. His advice and assessment was in complete contradiction to the judge's interpretation. Do not hire Keith Kilpatrick in Navarre Florida for you divorce, I ended up paying him well over $5000 in attorney's fees for pretty much the worst possible outcome of my divorce. My ex's attorney.. "the b!tch" as he called her.. completely out lawyered him. I feel taken advantage of.
