Be warned about these promotions they put out where you can bring your pet for a free treat bag! If you go and promo starts at 11am and your there at 1059am(even made product purchase) they won't give you a treat bag! Horrible customer service!! Not worth your money to shop here for your pets!!!

They have a great and very friendly staff. If one person did not know something they would get someone who would, an that was usually one of the owners. The place is clean and it is very kid and animal friendly. They do NOT pressure you into buying anything or the highest price things.All around good.

Absolutely love this store! My 2 year old daughter loves coming to the store, and everyone treats you like family there! Prices are great but the customer service is outstanding.



Their food in here are too awesome, they have a wide variety of cat and dog food and they also have food for all other kinds of pet that you could think of.

Pets are pretty amazing, but you have to take care of them. That is one of the best advice that I got from the people in here, they are pretty cool.



I like that whenever I go here I learn something new. I always learn something new on how to take care or much better care of my pets.

Pet Nation is the cleanest and nicest looking pet store I have ever been in by far. Their employees are very knowledgable of the product and they answered all my questions concerning my dog and hamsters. I could tell that the owners really love their business because they were in the front of the store helping customers with their employees (unlike most owners who sit in the back counting their money). They even referred me to a great veterinarian when my dog needed to be vaccinated. I greatly recommend Pet Nation to any pet lover who has many questions.

Buyer beware. I bought two fis...

Buyer beware. I bought two fish on May 28 from this "fine" local pet store. Both fish were dead by day 17. We took care of them the exact way the employee told us to. When I called the pet store they pretty much told me they would not replace these fish. Keep in mind this was only a cheap $4 gold fish and a beta fish. Obviously they sold me sick fish and don't care about the fact I am a local customer who wants to support my local businesses. If I could give 0 stars I would.I sent an e-mail to their 'customer service" department and their response included the most formal rudeness I have ever been subjected to with a holier than thou tone. As a customer service representative myself I could care less how much money or how often a customer has purchased from my establishment I would definitely treat them with respect and make them WANT to keep coming back to my store. This so called great local pet store could care less if you come back to their store. Dare I say it but I would rather shop at walmart just to shut this small business down.

Love Pet Nation!

The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because they are frequently out of food and treats for my dog who is on a strict diet. Otherwise great owners and staff. I have been shopping there since they opened and will continue to support a local business.

The best

I been shopping at pet nation for about 3 years and i tell you every time i came to the store the owner and the employees make me feel at home. they welcome you with a freindly greeting that make you feel very important. their products selection is outstanding, and their knowledge is wonderfull. i tell you no matter how many pet stores come to town pet nation will be the only stop for me, my family & freinds.

Great Local Store

This store has a great variety of items for all sorts of pets. It is a great local store with local owners who care about the pets, the people, and the community. I always have a good experience because of the friendly atmosphere.

No Help For Long Time Patron

I have been shopping at this store for several years. I have lots of pets and have been buying all of their food there. I was misinformed by their staff about a pet food and it endangered my dog's life. She gained 8 pounds in one month because I was told this food was very good for her when in fact, it was not. It had way too much protein in it for a senior dog. They would not let me return it because it had been opened. Even Pet Smart and Petland will take back opened food if the customer is not satisfied with it.

Their staff needs training and the owners need to learn that repeat customers are the ones who are going to keep them in business during these hard economic times!

No concern for other animals

I live next door to the owners.



It's 4th of July and 2 of my 3 dogs are in my office with me having anxiety attacks from the fireworks that they continue to blast over my house and over my backyard. They know full well these dogs exist, as they're inside/outside dogs and frequently play the bark game with their dog when he's outside.



Yes, I could go over and say something, but why should I have to? When I go back on the air on Monday, I'll have all the time I need to say whatever I need to say.



I could expound on the story left by the other person with a story about a wrong sized collar purchased for one of my dogs that THE EMPLOYEE said was the right one. I took it back to exchange it, only to be told that they don't accept exchanges.



I won't bore you with that story though :)



KAPOW....THAT ONE just set off my motorcycle alarm, and my dog that just had puppies 10 days ago is panting and pacing like nobody's business.

No Patience for Real Pet Lovers

I went into the store and decided to purchase their last rabbit on sale; I gave them the business of getting the whole "rabbit package to go", from the cage, to the food, to the water bottle, to the bedding, to the food tray. Whatever it takes, to help the young rabbit feel at home, coming back with me to a new environment. The owner of the store was impatient with me while I was choosing the right items for the new pet, he wanted to process the sales quickly. I will not recommend this store to any of my friends that own pets, because the owner did not give the customer, nor the animal, the time we require, to decide what we want to buy.
