Terrible on every level imaginable.



Ron the Sign Man was recommended to my client by one of her contacts. I made the disastrous choice to use him instead of my usual vendor for lawn signs.



First, I had to contact Ron about a dozen times after he committed to taking our order to remind him to actually follow through. That was the first red flag.



Then, after he supposedly began the printing process and we overnighted a check, Ron claimed not to have it. It took a days for him to "find" it and proceed with our order.



Then the worst happens. We get the signs and they're atrocious. Not only are they entirely the wrong colors - I'm not saying they were the wrong shade, I'm saying he used completely different colors than we asked for - they also contain an advertisement for his own business that we did not authorize.



He has refused to rectify this situation. He promised to send us replacement signs at no charge - which was already short of our demand of a complete refund - and then delayed doing so with excuse after excuse. Eventually he ceased response to all contact and we had to purchase correct signs elsewhere.



I ordered these signs on behalf of a client, and as of today my client has begun the process of filing a complaint.



Bottom line: Ron the Sign Man is a shady, unprofessional, incompetent grifter. Use anyone else.
