I had 2 gift cards i droped inside mail drop that were stolen by employees. Another complaint i have is the dress code for postal workers there. I saw one that works there with baggy pants and underwear showing and other one is a nasty looking guy with pony tail.

We live in Holley by the Sea and we do not get our mail until 7PM at night, where are the mailmen in the meantime through the day? I have seen the mail person race around 7 times just on our street because they can't get organized.

Katrina at my local Navarre Post Office was 100% more helpful and nicer than the actual customer service rep. (who intentionally hung up on me), I will never call the 1-800# again!!! I will call my local post office so I can be treated the way all of ur customers should be treated.
