I am not accustomed to leaving bad reviews, but both times calling in, the receptionist was very short. While waiting in the lot to be seen, we waited an hour and a half past our appointment time watching others come after us to go before us.

My pets have been going here for years. The team at Soehnlen clinic saved my late German Shepherd from parvo, allowed for emergency phone calls during closed hours for my Jack Russell, and even took a look at my box turtle and helped to get rid of a respiratory infection! Soehnlen and his crew have taken such good care of my fur babies over the years, I will never go to anyone else!

Very uncaring. My dog who is very ill and needed treatment right away (life-threatening) would not see her bc I didnt have money till pay day which was only a week away. I understand policy but they would rather a long term pet die than to work with you.

We volunteer to socialize & adopt all dogs unless it has bitten people twice.

I ADOPTED A BEAGLE & HOUND MIX THAT WASBOARDED THERE 29 DAYS. wE ARE ALL WONDERFUL TO THE DOGS & LOVE ON THEM & WALK THEM.

I've had nothing but good experiences. I take my cat and my yellow lab puppy there. One great thing I love, is that for vaccinations, they have a time set aside every week that you can bring a cat or dog in for regular vaccinations and not be charged for an office visit as well...you only get charged for the vaccination. The staff is always friendly and I don't feel like they push for you to spend extra money on unneccessary procedures. I'm sorry that others have had a bad experience but I have had a great one. They are honest and down to earth.

The vets who work at this clinic are excellent!! They give quality care and attention to pets and their owners! They recognize an owner's concerns and worries, and they are understanding. They include the owner in the process (they even invited me to look under a microscope and explained what I was seeing and what it meant!). I began taking my pets to this business when they were misdiagnosed by another vet. I have been nothing but happy with them for the past 4 years!!

Back in Feb of this yr. a incomplete exam and wrong diagnosis kept us from getting the correct treatment for our dogs life-threatening condition...and because of that this past weekend we had to put her down...(5-15-10)

told me they would keep a stray dog for me while i tried to find her owner, so i didn't have to send her to the pound or humane society. said if i didn't find her owner they would help find her a good home. no, instead they went behind my back and sent her to the pound. if they didn't want to keep her, they should have said no. now the dog is in the pound and could be killed if she's not adopted. thanks!
