If there were a way to give no stars I would. I wanted to give my business to a local vendor as I strongly believe that small businesses deserve our dollars.



Cozze Cakes was supposed to create a simple and elegant cake for my wedding. Well, let me tell you... The cake was delivered, along with cupcakes being dumped on the table at the country club we had our wedding at and no one letting the club staff know the delivery was made. Only after the wedding coordinator stumbled onto the boxes was the mess found. My groom had to deliver the news to me and the look on his face when he said there was a problem was horrible. My photographer took photos of the cake (one seen at the link below) and the wedding coordinator said they'd do whatever they could to fix it. Well he did the best he could and at least saved dessert by having Granny Schmidt's in Bethlehem deliver cupcakes. I guess I received the quality I paid for, but from now on will use Granny Schmidt's for all my baked goods.

We were missing dozens of cupcakes and I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't serve that cake to a dog. The country club did try and "fix" it but the entire side was melted off the cake, there was no salvaging it.



Amy at Cozze Cakes offered a full refund, rightfully so but also additional compensation. She only sent a refund and continued to fight with me over how she heard the rest of the wedding was beautiful. Yes, it was beautiful, no thanks to her and a missed special moment with my new husband. Amy also offered a $100 credit in her store. Really!? Seriously, I'd ever give any business to her after this mess? I know mistakes are made but the entire handling of the situation afterwards is laughable.
