Paid half up front for sidewalk, steps and porch. He was supposed to do the job the 1st of Sept. but didn't show up until just before Thanksgiving after I threatened legal action. I thought it was fine when I saw it in the dark after work but when I saw it in the light the sidewalk was full of divots and ripples and unevenly finished. It was also higher than the garage floor that it surrounded in many places. It was even up to the top of door threshold! The steps looked terrible. He didn't come back to finish the porch but I was fine with that. Who can't do a sidewalk!!!!
