Thurman’s Bike & Sport has been serving southeast Nebraska for over twenty eight years. Started in April of 1981 on the downtown streets of Nebraska City, the store opened selling only Schwinn bicycles and Nike shoes. Back then it was affectionately known as “Bike and Nike.” Several years later the addition of more sporting goods and embroidery and engraving services forced a move to a larger building.  With the bigger store we now offer a bigger selection with the same great service that has kept us around for the last 30 years.
