I read the reviews about all types of eating places in the area and find it rather disturbing that customers write bad reviews after they leave the place but do not bring the problem to anyone attention while at the place they are eating. If you don't bring up the issue while you are starting to eat your meal, then don't complain after. You ate food and you leave. How are they suppose to fix the problem if you are not bringing to their attention at the time it happened. Couple weeks ago a customer eats 1/4 of her meal, gets a to go container, pays for it and leaves. The customer comes back 3 hours later with a 1/4 of the burger she ordered and then complains it was cold and was over cooked. She never said a word about it when asked by the server "how is your burger?" I have ate here many times and wait time has been long the but the food is good and the service is friendly and makes you feel at home. I ordered a New York Steak Medium Rare and it Medium Well, I brought it to the servers attention and they had no problem making me a new one. It was great! For those of you who complain on these reviews and did not talk to server or owner it is your own fault your experience was bad, you have the chance to fix it while you are there, not after you leave and a hours later or a few days later. They posted signs telling you ahead waiting time so you have the option of leaving or staying. Don't blame the place, you decided to stay and wait. I've seen the kitchen and let me tell you it is amazing how there little kitchen makes all this food out of it. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves all you can eat meals and a nice atmosphere to relax in. Staff is very friendly and makes your visit as pleasant as they can. Lots of people come here for the variety of foods they serve. Owner is a Polish which explains all the European dishes. Nice selections.
