Called this company because we lost tv reception. They didn't show up for the first appointment. They came the late the the next day, spent an hour and a half at our home and then didn't have the wire needed to do repair, also didn't have a working compass or signal strength meter. Charged us $100.00 for trip and diagnosis said it would be taken off the final bill. They called and canceled the next appointment because their vehicle broke down. We then called a tree trimming service, a young man came out, climbed the tower and had the problem fixed in 45 minutes and only charged us $50.00. They are not reliable, just excuses to drive up their bill.

the guy is a crook, avoid at all costs, he will keep coming up with excuses as to why it is not fixed. he had my product for over two months and never did get it fixed and then had the nerve to ask me for 20 bucks for his time that he spent on it. the guy is a joke
