Very professional, always keeps us updated on what's going on & what needs to be done. Always helpful, Bubba himself & technicians talk us through what is needed & what needs to be done & explains everything that we need to know. We've been using them since 2006 when we purchased our A/C unit from them. They've always worked with us to make life easier. We will always use them & very much appreciate them.

I have used Bubba's in the past and I always had a great experience. In this HEAT for some reason, my husband called another company that wanted to jack the price up and didn't even have anything in stock. Bubba himself returned my call and I felt easier using them since we have a history. I already knew their work. He had 3 different units in stock, and he didn't try to sell me at the highest price, plus 2 years ago they had replaced something in my attic and he let me know there was no need to replace that which reduce the price....... They were out within 3 hours and did a fantastic job while not taking forever. I will continue to use and recommend Bubba's in the future.

I called Bubba's Air Conditioning & Appliance Service for an estimate on replacing my inside A/C coil and duct work.

"Bubba" actually came to my residence and checked my complete Air Conditioning and Heating Unit. He was very thorough and honest with me. I had already received (2) other bids/estimates on my Unit. He gave me (3) different options on repairs and all options/prices were very reasonable. Based on his honesty and efficiency, I decided to go with his bid ( his bid was lower than others) for repairs. He responded to me in a timely manner and made the necessary repairs in a very efficient, professional manner. His employees were professional, courteous, and very conscientious. They did an awesome job of cleaning up, even swept out my garage and driveway. I will definitely refer them to anyone needing AC/Heating repairs or installation!!

Everything was excellent from the minute I called the Receptionist was friendly, professional, and got a technician out within an hour. When I arrived home he was already there looking at the unit and explained everything to where I could understand. Ricky was so pleasant and I had a great (COOL) weekend because of Bubba's!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend your service to everyone I know.

Thank you again for your awesome service...about 2 weeks ago my run capasitor went out they fixed it and explained it so well and today the same, my thermastat went out...I have been using your services since the 90's ....thank you again awesome service GOD bless ya'll
