Upon entering this location, I was immediately acknowledged and assisted. The staff was professional, yet very personable, asking about my day and how they could assist me. Even more, they had a smile on their face, as well as in their voice. Although I had a reservation, they confirmed the details of the rental and asked if there was anything further I needed. Upon completion of the paper work, the staff member, provided their business card and asked that I call if needed. Although I get good customer service from Enterprise, this experience was the best. A special thank you to Hunter and David for exceptional customer care. Experiences like this is why I am a Loyal Enterprise Plus Member.

The employees were very helpful and quick. They game me what I reserved, were very easy going, yet professional. The check out and in portions were simple and they provided me and my sister with a ride to the airport after checking in the vehicle. I'd definitely rent a car from them again.

My service from beginning to end was top notch. The customer service reps were very attentive and helpful. Thanks for all your hard work.
