I recently visited your Nederland locality for a loan. It's a new facility with new employees to the company. This being said, I did not expect perfection when the documents were being explained to me. The young lady who helped me explained to me she was learning, to please be patient with her. She was doing a great job when the manager, or the one I assume was in control, reprimanded her for not knowing her job. She told the young lady that it looked like she did not know her job. I felt she should have been commended instead of reprimanded. At least she was working. There were two other young ladies ( and I use the term loosely), who were sitting in the corner at their desk giggling. You could hear them say F U several times during my visit to this establishment. Though the word was never used in full term, we all know what F U means. Besides the one who helped me, no other was acting very professional. This is not an attractive way to open a professional business.

From one customer who will not be a repeat!
