Unacceptable service & behavior, very unprofessional. Cost me nothing but time, money & frustration. Kept my car over 8 days, nothing was really ever repaired, just excuses e.g..didn't have the right tools, too many customers bothering him. Cursed me out over the phone & hung up, but later apologized & told me he thought I was another customer.



Had to pick up my car up with a tow truck & the Nederland Police to have it towed to another shop to complete the needed repairs.At the new shop I was informed that the rubber boot on the new CV axle installed by Midcounty Specialties was torn & had to be replaced because it was slinging grease all over my fender well.



I'm rating this a 1 because I can't score a 0 or - I believe changing a flat tire would be a huge accomplishment & a proud moment for this business. You've been warned, I wish I had!

very friendly...had my car fixed and ready right when I needed it with no problems. explained the work that needed to be done and didnt try to push any "extras" cheapest prices of all the shops I called and my car is still running great with no problems. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle!
