THIS IS ONE OF THOSE LITTLE "HOLE-IN-THE-WALL" PLACES THAT, I HOPE, WILL LAST FOREVER!!! BEST TAMALES IN G.T. AREA. WE EVEN DRIVE FROM LAKE RAYBURN TO GET THEM. THEY FREEZE WELL,SO WE ALWAYS BUY EXTRA FOR LATER. WELL WORTH THE TIME & MONEY.

Very casual atmosphere. I like the fact they keep their door to the kitchen open so you can see where your food is being prepared,very clean,almost could eat off the floors,shiny clean looking. The workers seem to enjoy their job , lot of laughing and joking as they are wrapping tamales. Staff polite even though extremely busy. Food is unbelieveably delicious, even make their own flour tortillas. This place is going to be very successful! Good luck and keep up the great food. I'll be back again and again.

How did we ever make it without the Tamale King?! They taste amazing! The sauce is also delicious. These are perfect for get-togethers. A friend brought them to our Girl's Weekend at the beach and someone said it was "Fat Girl Crack"!! heehee Now, they just need to start shipping the tamales across the good ole US of A!!!! BTW. . .the service is impeccable. I LOVE the sign behind the counter. . ."Unsupervised Children will be given Sugar and a Free Puppy!! heeheehee Gotta love it all!
