These people have all the toys, walkie-talkies, but they lack the ability to talk to people - at no time did they place signs to say when the elevators were being tested, serviced, or how long the repair would take on any of the apartment building floors.

BE WARNED....These guys OWN Delta/Beckwith.

If you are looking for ANY LEVEL of elevator service... Avoid this trainwreck of a company.



From design to install to follow-up service, this group are the worst I have EVER DEALT WITH. Communication during installation is like pulling teeth. They are continuously late



And they seem to consider deadlines a joke, not applicable to them. The install procedure quality is HACKER level with the worker priority seemly to leave before 1 pm in the afternoon! Not only is their ''service'' pure extortion... their mechanics have no problem STEALING tools from other contractors to replace their own misplaced tools.



Avoid an overpriced headache and simply use another elevator company. There's a few others around AND I'm sure you will even get a better cost.



I wouldn't count on warranty work, as I doubt they will be around much longer .
