I knew I needed work for my car and had felt I had been ripped off by Max at this place before when they charged me 2 hours labor to do a 1 hour job. but I needed an estimate to compare to another estimate. To my astonishment, The gentleman at the desk Dave I think his name is, was NEW, the old guy Max was gone. The guy at the desk explained to me that my sway bar links were broken ( which I knew ) and he told me that my front and rear struts were leaking and one of my front wheel bearings was going bad. I was skeptical but he was extremely informative and showed me exactly what he was talking about, and showed me what exactly was wrong. The last garage did not point out the bearing and struts. I thought he was going to charge ridiculous prices for the parts and labor, but he gave me a fair estimate. After I compared pricing, I went back and had the work done. In conversation I explained to him that I was charged double labor for a brake job, and I was not happy about it he then since

These guys are completely clueless when it comes to automobiles. I took my car to them as it was heating up. They assured me that it was fixed after flushing the coolant and thermostat and I found myself on I90 with a steaming car and almost in an accident. I took it back to them and they said that the damage was higher and they suggested replacements to to waterpump, engine and a bunch of other places. One of the rookies suggested that I replace my engine with a used one that they could get for me. My car only has 50000 miles on it. They estimated a cost of upwards of $1500. I took my car to the a dealer, got my radiator fixed up, got a 60K mile full check and drove out relieved. These guys are out to conn you. They can see $ bills as soon as they see a car drive in. Not only are they incompetant but also dishonest. Stay away from them at all costs
