Please STAY AWAY!!!! The first two times I brought my dog they seemed to do a good job but I noticed that they were extremely busy and there was a 'factory like' atmosphere in the work area where they were grooming the dogs. The third time I picked up my dog, and once I got home and examined him more closely, I noticed the he had been literally skinned in four different area (under his abdomen, where the top of this legs met his body). I took my pet to the vet who was appalled at my dog's injuries and explained to me that the electric razor used on my dog was mishandled and way too big for this size animal. It was gross negligence. My poor dog must have yelped each time they hurt him, yet they choose not to disclose the incident to me. I did call the Newton store and was quickly dismissed. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE.
