Provided by YP.comI have been on food share for almost a year and every time I have a review and send them the information they request of me, they send me a letter indicating that I have not supplied the requested information and tell me that my benefits are to be cut off. I moved from Outagamie county to Winnebago county. When this happened, I was told that my files would be transferred to Winnebago county. This has not happened and/or pieces of my file are missing, because they no longer have my birth certificate!! Not only that, they want me to contact social security because of a name change that happened several years ago. Again, which was supplied to Outagamie county when I first ever signed up for food share. One cannot get food share without these documents and my case worker at the time made copies of my these documents right in front of me, in his office. There is such a lack of communication between counties. They have all the information they need from me in files floating around somewhere, they are just too lazy to obtain it. I did my part. I don't feel that I need to do theirs!!!
