Provided by YP.comHad two other companies price my washer and drier fix. They were the third people we called . The tech called right before the appointment and said he was running late. He was late by about 5 minutes and when walking in the house apologized. The tech was very polite and explained everything that had to be done in a clear and concise manner. Gave us a price.
I hate to be pushed and when I said that I'm not ready to do this today, without trying to persuade me, he left his written estimate and his card on my counter, thanked my wife for calling them and started on the way out. Since he was not pushy, and we already had two estimates and liked his price, we decided to give him our business. I'll use them again.

The lady on the phone did not inform me that they don't schedule specific appointments but rather "AM" and "PM" yet she proceeded to schedule a specific time with me that allowed me to adjust out of my work day early. Then, when I called half an hour after at the agreed upon time to state that no one was here and I had to pick up my son from school in 15 minutes she backpedaled and said "I told you that the window between your work schedule and picking up your son wasn't enough." Well she did not. She just said she would make note that I would have to leave during the appointment to pick up my son and I would be back. So then she says that she can't send someone out to my house at 4 when I would be home from picking up my son because "that's too late." So, against my better judgment, I left the side door open for the repair man to let himself in while I picked up my son from school. It took me 30 minutes from the time I left the house to get back with my son and the repair man was just finishing up. I said "wow that was fast they told me it would take an hour and a half." He said, "oh about an hour." WHAT?! I said, "Well I didn't leave the house until 3:15 so it couldn't have been an hour." He says, "Well I got here at 3 so I don't know that's right We don't charge by the hour anyway so why does it matter how long it took me as long as it gets done?" Um, no he did not get here at 3 because at 3:05 I got off the phone with the lady, who tried to refuse me services (and when I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one available), when I told her she did not communicate herself clearly when we made the appointment about how they "schedule" and I would be leaving the door open for him to come in while I was gone but would not use them for service again. Then, while I was writing out the payment and asking my son to wait a minute so I could finish what I was doing cause this man didn't want to stay for dinner, he pipes in "yeah I have two more jobs like this one." Oh, but it was too late to come to my house after 4 (he left at 4:06 by the way, wasn't even in my home for an hour).
On a good note, he forgot to re-attach a hose, which caused a small leak and he cleaned up after himself. But that's about the only good note.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE!! They installed a new dishwasher for me; the whole appliance fell out from the counter within 6 weeks of install. When I called to have them come and install it properly, I was told "we no longer service your area. Even if we did, we would charge you a service call and labor/installation fees to come out again."
I was VERY disappointed in their lack of willingness to stand behind their work and extremely poor customer service/abruptness on the phone. I was left with a brand new dishwasher I could not use due to their inept installation, and stuck with finding a new installer as well as paying for the new and proper installation.
I will not be doing business with them again and advise you to stay away as well.

Provided by YP.comMy KitchenAid dishwasher began to act up this week. A technician from this company came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. So pleased to have the problem taken care of.

Provided by YP.comI called a lot of places before I got a hold of these guys. No one seems to carry appliance parts anymore. They not only carry appliance parts, but they carry appliance parts even if they are 10-12 years old. I highly recommend for parts.

Provided by YP.comMy washing machine stopped working. After calling around, I was able to have a Technician at my home the next day. Thank goodness it was a fixable problem and the Technician got it up and running quite quickly. I was happy with the level of service that was provided.

I called this business before I drove 45 minutes to see a piece of equipment. While I was on the way, they sold it and then offered me a different model for $200 more. I agreed to purchase the more expensive one and Mark (the owner) said he would replace a part on it either before they delivered it, or I could get it delivered the next day and they would stop out with the part and replace it when it was came in. I opted to wait for the part, so they wouldn't waste a trip.
I called every week for about three weeks to check on the part, getting no information. Finally, Mark told me the unit's price had gone up because he mis-priced it and that was 'too much power' for me anyhow and he had a different model I could purchase. So I asked what he was now charging for the unit----50% more! I told them I would take the unit we agreed on for the price we agreed on, or nothing. I haven't heard back from them.
If they were up front with me, and THEY contacted me right away when they caught THEIR MISTAKE, instead of me calling them to check in regularily and letting me wait nearly a month, I'm sure we could have made some sort of reasonable deal. Insead, the owner was pompous and smug.
I wish I could go back to my customers any time I mis-quote them, raise the price dramatically, and act unprofessional---I'm sure I'd stay in business a long time.
