Horrible gym. It's the most expensive around and the smallest, after start up costs, key tag fee, annual fees and monthly fees you pay over $600 a year! Over $1200 in 2 years, you could buy yourself a bowflex and treadmill off craigslist for less. They have 1 ab machine, 1 back machine, when something breaks it doesn't get repaired it disappears. The staff treats you great until you have an issue or concern, like when you get triple billed on multiple occasions and they tell you it's not their problem it's the finance place and they don't deal with that so good luck. When you cancel your membership and still have 4 weeks left that you paid they tell you that it's forfeit even though you have to give a month notice. When I told them I still felt like I should be able to use the gym the last month they told me I would be trespassing and the police would be called. I guess being a customer for 3 years doesn't get me any kindness when I decide to cancel...
